Home Town: Cornwall
Born in Truro, Cornwall. He grew up in a rugby-rich family—his great-uncle was the legendary Gloucester and England player A.T. "Tom" Voyce.

Educated at King’s School, Taunton, where his natural athleticism as a fullback and wing became evident.

Joined Bath Rugby out of school, making 55 appearances and establishing himself as one of the Premiership’s most dangerous young runners.

Made his England debut against the USA in San Francisco, scoring two tries in a standout performance.

Moved to London Wasps, joining a squad that would become the dominant force in European rugby.

Achieved the "Double," winning both the Premiership Title and the Heineken Cup in the same season.

Etched his name in the record books by scoring the quickest try in Premiership history, crossing the line in just 9.63 seconds against Harlequins.

Secured two further Premiership titles (2005, 2008) and a second Heineken Cup (2007), earning 9 caps for England during this peak period.

Joined Gloucester Rugby from Wasps, quickly becoming a mentor and a "bright light" in the Kingsholm dressing room.

Played a pivotal role in Gloucester’s LV= Cup victory, scoring the opening try in the final against Newcastle Falcons at Franklin’s Gardens.

Finished his professional career with London Welsh, helping the newly promoted side navigate their first Premiership season.

Retired from professional rugby with an incredible 220 Premiership appearances and a reputation as a world-class finisher.

Forged a successful second career in finance and wealth management, working for prestige firms like Investec and Killik & Co in the City of London.

Relocated to Northumberland to be closer to family, where he launched his own business ventures.

Tragically passed away at the age of 43 during Storm Darragh in Northumberland.

Gloucester Rugby officially retired his memory at Kingsholm during a home fixture against Harlequins, the club against which he scored his record-breaking try.
